This one hour class utilizes Olympic bars, and is customizable to your fitness level. Weight plates can be added and removed as needed. You will raise your heart rate will a blend of strength training and cardio for a fantastic workout! Powerbarz Express is a shortened 45 minute version of this class.
Christie Smith has been and active ZIN Zumba Instructor since Octobrter 2010. Her style is a mix of latin rythyms, today's hits, and a few surprise rythyms for a dance party at every class! Multiple stations are set up around the Group Room for this round-robin style class. Cardio is incorporated between stations to achieve a full body workout. Weights, medicine, balls, benches, ropes, and other equipment may be used. All levels.
This one hour class is centered around a stability ball. It's primary focus is core conditioning and balance. Our instructor also uses a variety of equipment including bands and weights. All levels.

This is a 45 minute cycle class that uses today's top hits and some classics to drive the force and speed of the pedals and the flyhweel. Light weights are used on the bike to sculpt the upper body. Crank up the gears and the energy and let your mind wander as your instructor guides you through hills, flats, sprints and more!
Find your center and flow through the poses while creating heat for an incredible core and arm strengthing hour. Poses are introduced slowly for the first several rounds, then seamed together for a low impact calorie burn. Modifications can be made for beginners by encorporating the bar or blocks.
